Sara da Silva

I'm Sara, based in New Plymouth, New Zealand. By day I'm a Customer Success Technician at PrimoWireless, an NZ ISP. I troubleshoot Fibre, Wireless, and VoIP connectivity issues, isolate faults between hardware and network layers, and run end-to-end provisioning for new services.

After 5pm I switch hats. I lead full-stack development on contract for Appdoers Limited, building React and Node applications for client work — auth, databases, payments, serverless functions, deployment pipelines. Under my own brand, Build With SDS, I take full-stack and e-commerce projects end-to-end for direct clients.

I hold a Level 7 Diploma in Cloud Engineering from Yoobee, and I'm MTCNA certified. Currently working toward CCNA. I run a VLAN-segmented homelab with a dedicated lab segment specifically for hands-on OSPF, BGP, and routing protocol practice — the kind of preparation that matters when the exam is real hardware, not Packet Tracer.

I'm awake when London sleeps, I work fast, and I'm not done.

End-to-end ownership: scoping, design decisions, development, deployment, and ongoing support.
